TESTIMONIALS After several quotes I chose Regional Painting to paint my 1432 sq ft townhouse. I had a color consultant pick colors for me. We chose a poetic white for the main color, but when it went on the wall it turned out pink. I believe this was an error on the part of the paint store. After trying to live with it for a couple of days I knew I just could not live in a pink house. I called Earl to ask him if he could change the color, and I do not think he took a breath before he said he would have a crew at my place the next morning. The next morning Regional Painting came back with a color of paint that was provided by a friend of mine. It was suppose to be white with a touch of tan in it (Birch White). When they put it on the walls it was yellow. I said I could not live with yellow, so the painters let me choose another color and went back to the paint store to exchange it. When they put the new color on, it was so much lighter than the pink they had to cut it three times. Earl called me later that evening to make sure I was happy with the job. I was amazed. Earl, from the very first time I met him, was such a pleasure to do business with. He made me feel that he wanted my business, and I felt an immediate trust towards him. This was a big deal to me since I work in law enforcement. When was the last time you were thanked for your business when you hired a contractor, or had a contractor give you his quote and say “we would really appreciate your business”? This form of doing business is a lost art. Everyone at Regional Painting was amazing! Even though they had to exchange paint a couple of times, and repaint, they never got upset or made me feel like it was too much trouble.
