• Larger or awkward furniture can remain in the area but they will be covered with clean drop sheets and/or plastic to ensure they stay protected
• Floors will be covered with heavy-duty drop sheets
• We will take the time to remove hardware and fixtures such as doorknobs, lightswitches, thermostats, electrical switches, lighting fixtures, baseboards, registers or heaters. All items will be uncovered and replaced when done.
• We will prepare all surfaces before painting which may include; scraping flaking paint, repairing caulking, removing wallpaper, filling in any holes or cracks, painting with a primer when required, sanding raised areas to ensure your finished paint job appears ultra smooth
• Unlike most of our competitors, we will even remove wallpaper before painting

  EXTERIOR APPLICATIONS

• For exterior projects we will cover any plantings, garden furniture and fixtures and respect your green space.
• We will clean the area, scrape any loose paint, remove loose caulking and patch the surface before painting
• We will prime areas as needed
• Should you wish us to replace any window putty or caulking, please let your site supervisor know prior to our beginning the project

  OUR CLEANUP GUARANTEE

• All plastic and/or drop sheets are carefully removed as well as any or other coverings.
• Any items or fixutres that were removed by us for safety reasons, will be carefully returned.
• We will sweep and/or vacuum all surfaces to remove all dust. In the event of paint splatters, we will ensure they are removed.
• Any furniture moved by us will be returned to its rightful place within the painted room.
• The same strict cleanup regime will be given to both interior and exterior applications.
• All our garbage and materials will be removed and disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
• Our goal is to leave your house in an absolute pristine condition.

INSPECTION °  At the end of the project we encourage you to view the project with your site supervisor in case of any slight imperfections. If any are found, we will work to satisfy that issue.
